The conduct of insolvency appointments is regulated by the Insolvency Act and Rules 1986 (as amended) and ancillary legislation, together with professional practice regulations issued by or on behalf of our Regulatory Professional Body, the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association.
Applicable law: The English and Welsh Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the service and any matter arising from it. The company does not provide services outside of the United Kingdom because of the different technical characteristics applicable to the nature of the services it provides within those jurisdictions.
